DailyMail- A woman has filmed the tense moment she confronted a convicted video voyeur known for preying on women, at Target. Candice Spivey had been shopping at the store in Yulee, Florida when she was approached by Jeffrey Polizzi in the bikini section on Tuesday, April 26.
The shopper said she immediately recognized the 31-year-old who had come up to her in a different store two years ago, and began asking her inappropriate questions of a sexual nature - all while filming her on his phone, she claims.
Filming the interaction on her phone, Spivey confronted Polizzi asking if he remembered her. He immediately bolted from the store as she gave chase behind him and shouting for shoppers and staff to call the police. The video ended with Polizzi, who has previous convictions for voyeurism, fleeing across the car park.
She says that she and several staff members from Target had identified the voyeur's truck and were waiting by it when he returned. The suspect had jumped in his vehicle and sped away - directly in front of a police car responding to the incident at the store, she added. After a short police chase, he was pulled over and arrested for reckless driving.
If I had to put assign a grade to this guy as a creep I am sorry to say that he's really more of a fifth round pick. He's got some irredeemable qualities that you really need to be a successful pervert. The most obvious being his distance running ability. The speed and acceleration could use a little work, but what he lacks in burst he makes up for with a non-stop motor. That's an absolute necessity if you're going to be the type of deviant that repeatedly hunts on familiar ground. Being predictable really puts you at a disadvantage when you are trying to trick women into getting naked in front of you. Sometimes it forces you to go the extra mile just to maneuver out of precarious situations. Luckily for this guy he's got legs for days, but I don't know if they will be fast enough at the next level.
He also has a short memory which is great if you're a professional athlete that's trying to forget a mistake, but not so great if your primary goal is to take someone by surprise and actually be their mistake. Clearly he had just enough athleticism to make up for accidentally hitting on the same woman from two years ago, but I can't see that working out in the long term. He hasn't really added anything of significance to his game, and with a million more eyeballs now watching his every maneuver I can't imagine that his go-to moves are going to continue to be successful. Eventually he's going to lose a step and that sexual misconduct is going to catch up to him, and when it does he'll really have nothing to offer the voyeur community. Basically anyone willing to pick him up would be doing so based on his past resume and not his future potential, because fortunately he's already on the downside of his career.
