The conclusion to this clip was almost too awe inspiring for me not to question whether it was all a set up. Organically shot internet videos just don't typically provide the perfect cinematic climax like the productions you expect to see in theaters, but - boy, oh boy - did this one come though with an ending that could damn near bring a tear of laughter to the eye of even the most serious of sports' fan. A loyal Longhorn - almost suspiciously wearing a jersey - sensing blood in the water of the 'Red River Rivalry' and executing a perfect form tackle on an insufferable Sooners fan that thought he was making some sort of statement (other than "I have no friends") by venturing behind enemy lines in obnoxiously conspicuous fashion? I was begging for that hit stick to come from the second I turned the volume up, and - somehow - the timing of that spear still made a predictable outcome so much more than simply satisfying. Not only a more than solid viewing experience, but real life proof that poetic justice does exist outside the big screen. Two thumbs up.
