.......patiently waits for Kevin Durant to come out saying something to the effect of "fans and the media are always overly critical and jump to conclusions for no reason". I would say this is a tactic as old as tweeting itself, but this goes all the way back to before people were begging you to ask them what's wrong via ambiguous, passive aggressive posts on 'The Facebook' only for them to respond by saying "oh it's nothing, don't worry about it". This is a practice as ancient as making an AIM away message that was sure to get the most responses and then pretending you weren't sitting directly in front of your family's desktop computer. Me personally? I don't give a fuck about what Kevin Durant is curiously contemplating on a Monday night. Could be in reference to multiple Thunder players getting signed to pricey extensions, Russell Westbrook's continued shots at him in 'Jordan' commercials, or LeBron James' petty jabs at his new team's choke job. Whatever the case may be, I couldn't be less concerned with what's on the mind of the mentally fragile NBA superstar that didn't leave his bed for two days after deciding to sign with the Warriors. In fact, I am only writing this to call attention to how much of a hypocritical cry for attention this is. A polarizing athlete who plays for an absolute lightning rod of a team and constantly complains that people talk about him too much just intentionally sent out something that could mean anything to 15 million people on the internet, and he's unquestionably going to act like it's their fault for trying to speculate what it means. And I thought that him talking to himself during practice when a camera was very obviously within earshot was shameless. God, I am going to love hating him and his team for the foreseeable future.
