A Former Fox News Host Is Alleging She Was Sexually Harassed After Being Fired For Refusing To Sleep With Her Boss
DailyMail- Gretchen Carlson has filed a sexual harassment suit against her Fox News boss Roger Ailes.
The popular host of The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson alleges that she was let go on June 23 after 11 years with the network for refusing to sleep with Ailes.
Carlson writes in her court filing about a conversation she had with Ailes last September in which he allegedly said to her: 'I think you and I should have had a sexual relationship a long time ago and then you’d be good and better and I’d be good and better.'
The conversation allegedly came when Carlson went to speak with Ailes about what she believed were discriminatory practices at the network.
Carlson posted on Facebook Wednesday morning: 'As you may have heard, I am no longer with Fox News. I value your support and friendship, especially now, so please stay in touch with me. I value your support and friendship, especially now, so please stay in touch with me.'
If this fat old man truly canned this chick for refusing a sexual advance then I hope he gets what he has coming to him. He's a white guy in a position of power at a Conservative news station so chances are his job is about as secure as Trump's belief in fear mongering, but what's life without the hope that karma will eventually make it's way back around and bite the entitled directly in the ass?
Still, as much as I think this guy needs to pay for thinking he has the right to penetrate every pussy he happens to employ, I think we can all take a step back and realize how impressive it is that it took Gretchen Carlson over a decade to learn of his unprofessional interest. It's pretty fucked up that a married, gross looking executive was delusional enough to believe that he was in the same league as a relatively hot 50 year old staffer over 25 years his junior, but he's clearly thought this way for a long time. You know how many times he wanted to ask her to "work late" to "earn her promotion"? I bet it was upwards of once a day every single day she was under his watchful eye.
Poor fucker has been hiding what's left of that deteriorating libido of his just so he wouldn't offend a woman that works underneath him. Sure, he deserves to be held accountable for the one time he couldn't stop himself from offering her his wrinkly, withered up dick, but that means he also deserves credit for the tens of thousands of times he DID refrain from offering her wrinkly, withered up dick. I bet he was starting to become immune to the ED medication and thought that their conversation last September was the last opportunity to find out the answer to a question that's been weighing on his mind since his turkey neck started to form. Might not have been the most appropriate question and it's inexcusable that the answer may have led to her firing, but Roger Ailes has been a privileged douchebag for decades and it took until now for him to try to get sex out of it. That's a level of will power generally reserved for those not in full control of nationally broadcasted networks.
