"These kids really made a difference in my life so I thought I'd come and help make their day." - @BlairWalsh3

I honestly don't know what's worse at this point, the fact that Blair Walsh has to go around to first graders to feel like he's still loved, or the the fact that he thinks that he made their day by doing so? Have you ever seen a room full of rambunctious kids look so unenthused before? Those kids were like "Who is this guy again? Ohhh, the one you made us write a bunch of letters to so he wouldn't kill himself? Okay, we'll act interested". Hey kids, you're doing a terrible job of looking interested. I can't say that I blame them. Blair Walsh is a kicker. I don't care how old they are, they aren't going to become star struck around a guy that has the physical stature of their teacher's assistant.

I feel bad for Blair. I really do. He missed one kick and his life is forever changed because of it. However, let's not act like a bunch of 5 year old's lives were forever changed by meeting him. This visit was for Blair, and Blair only. Well, him and a bunch of media outlets that could get an easy story out of sappy situation. Either way, it wasn't for a bunch of kids. Kids that have undoubtedly been living in fear of their fathers since Sunday afternoon. Gee, wonder why that is?
