Gee, Looks Like Drew Brees Arm Might Be A Real Problem For the Saints This Year

Think those concerns about arm strength are slightly exaggerated? Oh, a yard marker 10 feet in the air and 20 yards downfield on a moving cart? Psssh, might as well be a screen pass to Pierre Thomas (we'll miss you bud), because he's hitting that thing dead center every single time. Concerns at the quarterback position heading into the season? At an all time low. Drew Brees doesn't have two bad seasons in a row. Never mind with a multitude of threats at running back behind him and a rebuilt offensive line in front of him. We might want to re-read the handbook that Roger Goodell seemingly make changes to on an hourly basis. The level of success that Drew is going to achieve this year might border on cheating, and we know how much the NFL frowns upon success. Won't take until week 8 before we have Ted Wells in the locker room making up stories about how the Saints put illegal inserts in their cleats, or that the ice that Drew Brees puts on his shoulder is a performance enhancing substance. Everyone knows you can't win unless you have a (insert here)-Gate attached to your franchise. 

Seriously though, look at that pin point accuracy. How could the Saints possibly lose the NFC South this year? If Cam Newton tried to make that throw the driver would intercept it, and it would end in a fist fight. If Matt Ryan tried to make that throw he would fall down prematurely and blame the non-existent offensive line. If Jameis Winston tried to make that throw he would get distracted by a food truck and would be balls deep in a Po-Boy before he even remembered he was still in the middle of a competition. Fact of the matter is, the Saints still have the best quarterback and the best offense in the division. If there improvements in the secondary and at linebacker come remotely close to panning out they should be a lock for the playoffs this year. With the Drew's arm looking as automatic as ever, who knows how far this team can go? Either way, teams should get used to seeing a lot of this pose in the upcoming year...
