I Feel Kinda Bad For The Guy That Killed His Wife After She Was The Reason They Missed An International Flight
Metro- A man killed his girlfriend following a row over a missed flight.
The man, 34, who has not yet been named, strangled his 32-year-old girlfriend to death while still at San Pablo de Sevilla airport, police said.
The pair, who were both Romanian, had reportedly got into a row after they missed a flight to Italy, Diario de Sevilla reports.
The man left the body of his girlfriend in the airport car park.
He later handed himself in to the Civil Guard.
It's important to note that I am not an advocate of domestic violence. In fact, beating a woman and murder are both on the short list of things that I won't do. That said, anyone that says they wouldn't think about acting out the same way this guy if they were in a similar predicament is just flat out lying to themselves.
I am not someone that is unfamiliar with blaming others for my problems, and even I want to kick my own ass when I leave too late for the airport. That feeling of standing in the miserable security line hopelessly watching the all important minutes tick by is one of panic, but it's also one of self loathing. Now imagine if your gate was closing for good as you sprinted down the terminal to no avail and it wasn't even your fault that you were late? Are you telling me it wouldn't take every ounce of will power in your body not to murder the person responsible for you missing your international flight? Especially as you slowly wheeled your bag all the way back through the entirety of the airport and into the parking garage that had undoubtedly already charged you $100 for sheltering your vehicle for 5 minutes? There's just little to no doubt that the trek back to the car was completely silent...until this broad opened her mouth and said something to the effect of "well, if YOU used MY directions to get here...". If I know this random Romanian stranger like I think I know this random Romanian stranger then it was a passive aggressive reversal of blame in the most tension filled of moments that inevitably cost this chick her life. If that's the case then I don't have to agree with his actions to completely understand them.
