Oh come on Indianapolis, don't be that guy. The guy that's been watching from afar praying for the downfall of a long term relationship. The guy that steps in to offer a shoulder to cry on when a broken person is at their most vulnerable. The "he didn't even deserve you anyway, I would never treat you like that" guy. The guy that uses kindness to lure you in out desperation and selfishness. NO ONE likes that guy. Don't be so damn overbearing Indianapolis. If scorned Rams fans decide that they want to be Colts fans then you should welcome them with open arms, but don't try to trick them into it with disingenuous affection. We see through your shit. You are just trying to fill that building. Get more people to buy into the recently extended Chuck Pagano era. The Colts are lonely and they are taking advantage of susceptible people to satisfy that narcissistic need for more affection.
Don't take the bait (former) Rams fans. Treat the instant availability of the Colts as a red flag, and root for the better team that also happens to be closer. The Chiefs aren't nearly as readily accessible and that should be the surest sign that they are worth pursuing. Come on, how could you even say no to that face...
