Annnnnd there's your pass rusher. Randy Gregory who? With that guy's history he would be lucky if he showed up to any game before the second quarter started. No way he is getting that bong through stadium security. You have to have some pride. If you stand for nothing you'll fall for anything. Sean Payton made it a point to clear up the character issues of the locker room this offseason and his refusal to draft the best remaining pass rusher on the board speaks to that. You can be great at football, but it won't matter much if you spend most of your time battling the NFL suspense program or showing 90 minutes late to your responsibilities. Football is just as much mental as it is physical. Do you really trust someone that tweeted that New Orleans was "boring" when he visited for the Sugar Bowl? Talk about the silliest opinion in the history of formalized thought. And the Saints pick...Hau'Oli Kikaha. Don't worry about the pronunciation. Don't worry about the 4.9 40 time. Don't worry about the 2 ACL tears that are clearly in his past. Focus on the 19 sacks he had last year that led college football (no, that's not a typo). Focus on his ability to bounce back from his injuries (that he is not 100% medically cleared from) to be the most productive outside linebacker in college football over the last two years. His speed is a detriment? Didn't look like it to me when he was blowing by left tackles without them laying a finger on him. Give me football speed over combine speed 100 times out of 10. Much of the draft is based on potential, but isn't refreshing to pick a guy that proved himself dominant in a power 5 conference while still having the ability to progress? Saints fan wanted a pass rusher, and they got a guy who has spent the last two years turning that skill into an art. Thank you Sean. Thank you Mickey. Won't hear a negative peep form me. Now go get that diamond in rough wide receiver in the 3rd and I'll have plenty in the spank bank for tonight. Okay, I'll be the first. Dude is a BEAST...
