The 19 Year Old That Raped An Infant On Camera And Posted Pictures Of It On The Internet Got No Prison Time

DailyMail- An Iowa man who raped a toddler on camera will serve no time in prison.

Kraigen Grooms, 19, pleaded guilty on Monday to Engaging in a Lascivious Act with a Child according to KTVO, and was given a 10-year suspended sentence by the judge and just five years of supervised release.

It is unclear if the sentence was part of a plea deal that was worked out between Grooms and prosecutors for Wapello County of the decision of the Judge Randy Degeest. 

Grooms was arrested in 2014 after an investigation led Homeland Security to believe that he had 'produced child pornography in which he photographed himself engaging in sexual contact with an African American baby girl 12 to 18 months old.'

Federal agents said Grooms then uploaded photographs of the assault to the internet. 



See, now this is the type of story that could do wonders for race relations in this country. Time to stand up for the National Anthem everyone, because this teenage white kid suffering through a lengthy, stern talking to after molesting a black baby on camera is the surest of signs that justice no longer has a specific skin color. Some might think this lunatic deserves endless jail time after sexually assaulting someone that's not even old enough to wipe their their own shit, but the thing about correctional facilities is that we don't even know whether they are doing their job until years later. At least this way Kraigen is free to show us whether the non-consensual sex he forcibly had with a one year old before blasting pictures of it out to the entirety of the internet was just a minor series of slip-ups. Hey, everyone makes mistakes, right? When you think about it, this is really the perfect punishment and it doesn't at all trivialize the felony at hand. We should know in no time if the kid penetrating newborns and broadcasting the crime to as many people as possible still has psychopathic tendencies, or if some strict discipline - in the form of verbal criticism - was able to rid him of those extremely reparative character traits.

Oppression? HA! Even the black people that can't speak English words yet are having due process work on their behalf to handcuff their rapists with full autonomy. That's right, the harshest discipline is leaving this kid to freely explore his own - increasingly predatory - vices. That's how you really send a message that fondling toddlers is bad. It's certainly not by sentencing him to a decade of getting fondled by people that make him look like a toddler. No sir. If I know anything about justice it's that it should never be that poetic.
