This Former Mayor That Raped A 4 Year Old Girl Claims She Basically Seduced Him

Metro- A former city mayor has admitted to the rape of a four-year-old girl but claims she was a ‘willing participant’ who initiated sex, according to reports.

Richard Keenan, a ‘dedicated’ Christian who served as mayor of Hubbard, Ohio, in 2010 and 2011, faces multiple counts of rape and attempted rape of a child.

He confessed to members of his family and a social worker that he was guilty of abuse over a three-year period, but claims his four-year-old victim ‘initiated sex’, the Youngstown Vindicator reports.



Sad. Just sad. You think you live in a world where everyone has the right to due process and then a former mayor has sex with a child and no one takes him seriously when he gives his side of the story. It's a real shame that everyone just assumes he's victim blaming like there aren't 4 year old floozies loitering on every corner in their overly suggestive 'OshKosh B'Gosh' overalls. I gotta tell you, public opinion really hasn't accounted for how frighteningly fast these young girls are growing up these days. That 4 year old has probably seen more shit than I had seen at 8 years old. That's why I can't believe everyone is so quick to dismiss that she was the one who instigated this. Especially when the other consenting party is an honest Christian man like Richard Keenan. He would never rape a child, he just plays by the rule that you can't rape the willing.

If we are going to start pointing fingers then how about we consider the fact that this little girl probably curiously tugged on his pant leg to get his attention. Is there any doubt she looked up at him with those pure, innocent eyes from just below his waistline?  Sounds like a classic case of seduction if we are being honest. How could he restrain himself when an adorable little girl was basically begging for something she had undoubtedly had no idea existed? I mean, I'm not saying the guy is completely innocent here. Chances are the signs he was getting from a person that can only tie her own shoes because the "laces" are made of velcro were read wrong. Just don't tell me those signs weren't there, because neither were you. He may look like his inbred cousin, but as far as I know this guy was stalking out playgrounds like Sandusky. He was just minding his own damn business, going about his day, and this conniving little vixen ran up on him asking where her mommy was. Whatever happened after that is nothing but hearsay.
